Talent under contract with PWS will adhere to PWS’s code of conduct, as stated below. We hold ourselves to this standard, and we expect anyone associated with or representing PWS to do the same. This code of conduct applies to actions outside of character roles.Â
You will conduct yourself with professionalism, safety and respect towards others and yourself. No exceptions.
PWS is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment at all events. Wrestlers, staff, and audience members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of sexual verbal, or physical harassment, assault, or any other conduct that creates a hostile work environment. Violations will result in immediate expulsion from any ongoing event and immediate disciplinary action, including potential expulsion from future events and further consequences as deemed necessary.
At PWS, we believe pro wrestling is for everyone. Discrimination against another person’s race, color, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, disability, body size, and/or any protected groups will not be tolerated.Â
Any language or behavior that can be reasonably considered hate speech or hate-motivated behavior directed at PWS talent, crew members or audience members will not be tolerated
For the safety of all PWS talent, crew members and audience members, every person working and/or performing at a PWS event is expected to arrive with a clear mind, not under the influence of drugs, alcohol and/or other mind-altering substances.Â
All urgent changes to contractual agreements must be communicated clearly and promptly to a designated PWS official. Examples of such urgent changes include but are not limited to — running late to a contracted event, family emergency or emergency involving the wellness of the contracted talent
Physical assault of any kind, whether between talent, crew members, or audience members, is strictly prohibited at PWS events. Violations will result in immediate expulsion from the event and further disciplinary actions as deemed necessary.
PWS officials reserve the right to address any safety concerns related to the production of PWS events. Examples include but are not limited to high spots, weapon usage or blood.Â
Any talent reserves the right to refuse to take part in any part of the production on the grounds of safety concerns.Â
All PWS talent will respect the property of both PWS and host venue. Any theft of or damage to property will be considered a violation of the Code of Conduct.
You are to respect the privacy of locker rooms and backstage spaces. Anyone not operating in an official PWS capacity is not permitted in these areas after doors to the general public have been opened. Violations will be met with removal by event security.
PWS talent and staff are expected to conduct themselves responsibly on social media and avoid any behavior that could damage the reputation of PWS or its members.
Any violation of the code of conduct will be grounds for potential termination of contract and cancellation of future booking dates, regardless of whether they have been agreed upon at an earlier date. Management reserves the right to determine appropriate actions for the violations of these terms.
PWS officials reserve the right to discuss violations and terminations of contracts based on Code of Conduct violations both publicly and privately.
